Tracking Your Order
When your order has been processed, it will receive a UPS or USPS tracking number depending on which carrier was selected. This makes it very easy to track your PuzzleZoo.com order!
Every order PuzzleZoo.com ships out is sent with a tracking number from either UPS or USPS, depending on which carrier was selected. If your order tracking number begins with a "1Z" we've sent the package using UPS and you can track your order at the UPS web site. If your order tracking number does not begin with a "1Z" we've shipped it using USPS and you can track your order at the USPS web site. If you provided us with a valid e-mail address, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you from the respective carrier containing this information.
Please Note: if your email provider has an active spam-blocker or you have your spam-filter turned on, you may not receive your tracking email or any other emails from us.
You can also find your tracking number and a link to track your order directly by accessing the Recent Orders section of Your Account. From there you can determine the exact location of your order at all times.
