Shipping & Processing Times

PuzzleZoo.com offers fast shipping and handling on all our products. That is why we work hard to get your order out the door fast, sometimes within 24 hours. Information on PuzzleZoo.com shipping times and processing times can be found below. Scroll down or use the following links to quickly jump to a section. Processing Your Order

Orders where every item in the shopping cart is in-stock are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday after 9:00am will be processed the next business day. The delivery times below do not include the processing time.

The transit time of your order is based on your shipping method and shipping location.

  • Flat-Rate Standard Shipping - Your order will arrive within 4-7 business days of shipment.
  • Priority Shipping - Your order will arrive within 2-4 business days of shipment.
  • Express Shipping - Your order will arrive within 1-2 business days of shipment.

There are certain federal holidays where there is no USPS and no UPS service. PuzzleZoo.com does not ship out packages on those holidays.

When your order ships, you will be automatically emailed a tracking number.

Please Note: if your email provider has an active spam-blocker or you have your spam-filter turned on, you may not receive your tracking email or any other emails from us.

PuzzleZoo.com orders are shipped from Southern California, so expect faster delivery the closer you are to our location. For example, orders shipped to the West Coast via Flat-Rate Standard Shipping will arrive within 4-5 days while orders shipped to upstate New York would be closer to the 6-7 day estimate.

Store Pickup

Customers in parts of Southern California can utilize the Store Pickup option. If you live within 50 miles of a Puzzle Zoo or Toy Zoo retail store, you have the option of receiving your order at this location. There is no charge for store pickup and customers will be notified by phone when their order is ready for pickup.

Please Note: it generally takes 1-4 business days for a product to arrive at the store pickup location.

Please Note: A valid ID with an address that matches your billing address must be presented when you pick up your order.

Tracking Your Order

Every order PuzzleZoo.com ships out is sent with a tracking number from either UPS or USPS, depending on which carrier was selected. If your order tracking number begins with a "1Z" we've sent the package using UPS and you can track your order at the UPS web site. If your order tracking number does not begin with a "1Z" we've shipped it using USPS and you can track your order at the USPS web site. If you provided us with a valid e-mail address, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you from the respective carrier containing this information.

You can also find your tracking number and a link to track your order directly by accessing the Recent Orders section of Your Account. From there you can determine the exact location of your order at all times.
