This help page is designed to answer many of the most frequently asked questions about the difference between placing orders via our website vs. the purchase of our products through outside channels.

Although you are buying an item from puzzlezoo when you win one of our auctions on eBay, puzzlezoo auctions is a separate business from the puzzlezoo.com website. Our auctions are processed through a separate fulfillment system and have a separate inventory from our website inventory. The Terms and Conditions as outlined elsewhere on this website refer only to purchases from puzzlezoo.com. eBay purchases have their own rules and conditions which are outlined in each auction.

Unless the listing specifically states that you are preordering an item, all items we list on eBay are in stock at the time at which they are listed. However, eBay does NOT support live inventory, so it is possible that an item can sell out during the listing or while we await your payment. The good news, though, is that we offer a 110% in stock guarantee which no other seller offers. If you win an item from us on eBay AND it is paid in full within 7 days and we are not able to fill the order because the item sold out, we will give you a full refund plus an extra 10%.

Unfortunately, because our eBay inventory and fulfillment are distinct from our website, eBay orders cannot be combined with website orders. We can, however, add items to your ebay order, charge you for those items separately and ship them together. Any items added to an eBay order at regular website prices will be eligible for the standard website shipping charges, but the original shipping charges associated with the auction items will not.

Unfortunately, no. Sales generated through channels such as eBay result in listing, closing and transaction fees. Because there are no such fees associated with orders placed through the puzzlezoo.com website, we are able to pass the savings along to our website customers with special offers. Website offers such as Flat-Rate $7.95 shipping and discount coupons can only be applied to orders placed through the puzzlezoo.com website.

We are happy to sell you items at our eBay Fixed/Buy It Now price, but you will be purchasing that item from puzzlezoo.com auctions so you will be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction. The order will not be treated as a puzzlezoo.com order but, rather, as a purchase from puzzlezoo auctions. This offer is not valid for items which sell at auction for a price lower than the Buy It Now/Fixed Price.

No, puzzlezoo Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on orders placed through the puzzlezoo.com website.

Each auction has a flat-rate shipping cost specified for US Shipping, Canada Shipping and shipping to the rest of the world. The flat shipping rate for each item is specifically listed with each item. Shipping can be combined on most items at a rate of $7 off each additional item. These rates do not include optional insurance, which we recommend. The shipping rates for auction items are fixed and non-negotiable. Also, for insurance and logistical reasons, orders cannot be picked up in person.

Just as we would never ask ask a buyer to pay more for a parcel if our estimates are too low, we do not issue "overage" refunds for shipping charges which are higher than actual. puzzlezoo does not in any way suggest to customers that we are charging exact shipping charges; all shipping charges on eBay include a processing and handling which are non-negotiable. All auctions have the flat-rate shipping clearly stated in the auction, you will never be charged more than that amount. If a buyer has any dispute with any of our shipping charges or protocols, we respectfully ask that he/she not bid on any of our auctions. Also, for insurance reasons, orders cannot be picked up in person.
